General

Large, pleasant house with large garden, perfect for families with children, close to the beach

Two kilometres from the beach and 500 metres from the shops, this large house will welcome your family or friends for a pleasant, peaceful stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. The street in front of the house is only used by local residents.

The accommodation has all the comforts you need for a pleasant holiday. Inside, there are three large bedrooms, each sleeping two or three people, plus two baby cots, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk beds and a corner bed. The bunk beds can be used by children aged six and over. A small room that doubles as a library (with lots of books for all ages) also has an extra bed, which is a bench with a slatted base and mattress. Underneath, there is another 'drawer' bed, also with a slatted base and mattress. Each is suitable for one person. This room also has plenty of toys and games for children. In the living room, a fireplace will warm your evenings if you choose to come during the cooler seasons, while in summer, it's the terrace that you'll enjoy. The lounge also has a television, DVD player (and DVDs), video recorder (and cassettes) and board games for all ages. The dining room has a large table and chairs. The separate kitchen is equipped with appliances: gas and electric hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electric mixer, babychef, raclette set, waffle iron, as well as plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. A round table with chairs and stools is available for lunch. All the necessary cleaning equipment is provided, including brooms, mops, hoover and cleaning products. The bathroom has a bath and is equipped for young children. The upstairs shower room has a shower.

In the garage, you'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, ironing board and iron. There is also a freezer. The terrace has garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs. A large enclosed garden surrounds the house, providing a safe play area for children.

Internet access is available in the house, and a telephone allows you to make calls to all landlines in France and abroad. Bikes for all ages and helmets are also available. The house is fully equipped for babies and toddlers: cot, high chair, bath, bouncer, baby walker, carrier, pushchairs, baby carrier on the bike, baby carrier backpack, toys, changing table. In the village of Lanvéoc, around 500 m from the house, you will find restaurants, a bakery, a butcher's, a grocer's, a tobacconist's, a post office, a tourist office, a doctor, a chemist, a dentist, a physiotherapist, a hairdresser and a garage. Supermarkets can be found in the centre of Crozon, 6 km away, as well as discount food stores and all other shops. Brittany has an oceanic climate. It can therefore rain even in summer. If it does rain, the air in the house may be damp, as it is in all houses.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
