The fully equipped kitchen offers: dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. On the ground floor, there is a modern bathroom with a large, open shower and toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), and a separate toilet. Of course, Wi-Fi is available – ideal for working from home. Ample parking is available on the property.

Nature & Excursions – Brittany at its finest. The picturesque coastal road between Kersaint and Portsall is a rewarding destination for hiking and excursions. Here, Brittany reveals itself as you imagine it: rocky, wild, and impressively unspoiled. Boat trips to the islands of Molène and Ouessant depart from the port in Lanildut. On Ouessant, you can rent bicycles and visit the famous lighthouse. From Le Conquet, exciting tours are offered in 12-person inflatable boats, where you can observe dolphins and seals. The island of Molène also invites you to linger – be sure to try the regional specialty produced there.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
