This seaside house is located in the Mer d'Iroise, on the Côte des Légendes. The owners welcome you to Argenton en Landunvez for a pleasant holiday or weekend. You'll be in a peaceful setting just 400 metres from the port and beaches.

Nearby you'll find cafés, restaurants, crêperies, pizzerias, discos, grocery shops and all kinds of convenience stores. In the harbour, you'll find a bakery-pastry shop, tearoom, delicatessen, bar-tobac-press with a terrace overlooking the sea. During the summer season, there's a market every Wednesday morning.

The tastefully decorated, single-storey house has a large, fully enclosed garden of 1500 m2, a 25 m2 terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue. It has all the comforts of home - a washing machine, TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a large hot-water tank and heating. Everything you need - a high chair, a cot - to welcome a baby in the best conditions. The house has 3 bedrooms, with bed linen provided free of charge. The Océane bedroom, with a 140/190cm double bed. The Zen bedroom, with a 140/190cm double bed. The Marine room, with two 90/190cm single beds. There is also a lounge/dining room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with bath and towel warmer, and a WC.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
