Bright, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with open-hearth fireplace, TV and flat screen. 1 room 12 m2 with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen 15 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Large garden, south-east facing position and south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. A fourth bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed can be rented on request, see additional costs. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
