This spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped 110 m² house sleeps six comfortably. It has oil-fired central heating. All the rooms have oak parquet flooring. The 35 m² living room opening onto the terrace and garden is on the ground floor. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather seating area in front of the fireplace and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area. The ground floor also has a bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC. The house has four bedrooms. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed (160 cm). The other three bedrooms are upstairs. The first has a 160 cm-wide double bed, while the second has a 90 cm-wide single bed. The third bedroom has two 90cm-wide single beds. There is also a second bathroom with bath on this floor. The living room and three of the bedrooms have sea views, with the Eckmühl lighthouse in the background.
The 25 m² private terrace adjoins the living room and faces the sea. It is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. Relax and soak up the sun on the sun loungers provided in the garden. The outdoor shower is handy for taking a shower after a day at the beach. You can park the car in the garden or in the street in front of the house.
Note on pets: In general, we accept pets, on request, under the following conditions: no access to rooms, no disturbance to neighbours, garden kept clean. In high season on a case-by-case basis. Free internet access is available in the house.
The sea is less than 100 metres away. By pushing the gate at the bottom of the garden you have direct access to the sandy beach without having to cross a road. There are many leisure activities in the area for guests who love the sea and nature. Just behind the house, about 80 metres away, there is a family beach. There are also children's playgrounds and a sailing school for children aged four and over in the immediate vicinity. Other activities include windsurfing, diving, hiking in the hinterland, cycling and horse riding. You can discover chapels, megaliths and calvaries. Another attraction is the return of the coastal boats every evening, the unloading of the catch and its sale at the fish auction. The "Haliotika" exhibition in the harbour provides an insight into the maritime world. In summer, you can visit folk festivals to discover and appreciate the authenticity and richness of Brittany. The local gastronomy highlights the freshness of seafood, fish, shellfish, seaweed and the tradition of crêpes and galettes. Shops and restaurants are just 900 metres from the house.
