Résidence Les Gwénans is a holiday residence with swimming pool, in Guidel-Plages, made up of semi-detached houses

The beach is approximately 500m away, seasonal shops too and the town center is 3.5km away.

You will find on site many services necessary for the smooth running of your stay: bed linen and bathroom linen rental, bed or baby chair rental, or even the final cleaning option.
This 32 m² house (Carrez law) located in a quiet area is composed as follows: On the ground floor:
- a living room with equipped kitchen, with bench seat and television, opening onto the veranda with access to the garden
- a sleeping area, 2 90 cm beds (bunks)
- a bathroom with bathtub
- separate WC
Upstairs:
- a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 cm bed and storage

Fridge-freezer, 2 electric hotplates, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, television, garden furniture with deckchairs.
Veranda of 5.30 m² overlooking pleasant enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture.
A numbered parking space is at your disposal.
Free access to the heated collective outdoor swimming pool, open in the summer season.

- Small pets accepted with a supplement of €28/pet/week including short stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
