The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

This house, built in 2008, stands in 1000 m² of enclosed grounds on the edge of a small, picturesque village listed as part of Brittany's natural heritage. Quiet but ideally located, it's an ideal base from which to explore the South Morbihan region.

The house has two terraces with garden furniture. The terrace behind the house also has an awning and a barbecue. The garden is well-kept and planted with trees and shrubs. For children, there is a small play area next to the terrace, as well as table football and table tennis. There are three parking spaces on the property.

The house, built of brick and insulated with cellulose wadding, offers plenty of space for six people over 100 m². The well-appointed bedrooms are heated electrically and with a wood pellet stove. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a large, comfortable sofa and dining area. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet with washbasin. There is another small sitting room on the mezzanine floor. The remaining two bedrooms are also on the first floor. The first has two single beds and a wardrobe, the second has a double bed, a cot and another large wardrobe. The separate bathroom has a shower and there is a second separate WC here.

There is plenty to discover close to the house. For example, the Château de Josselin, the Lanvaux forest, the Nantes-Brest canal and, of course, the island-rich Gulf of Morbihan. All kinds of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as a hairdresser, doctor and internet café, are within 400 metres of the house.

Pets are not allowed. A cot and baby equipment are available on request. The existing telephone and internet can be used free of charge (calls to European landlines). You can also receive German, French, English and Dutch channels via satellite TV. Smart home technology can be operated via a central control system using a smartphone, PC or tablet. This includes, among other things, an alarm system, smoke and motion detectors and blinds.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
