Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 40 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
