Situated in the LES VOILIERS residence, the apartment features a living room with a dining area and lounge, which opens onto a southwest-facing terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm). A bathroom with a washing machine and a separate WC are also provided. Free WiFi and parking are included, with a designated spot available for guests.

The residence is ideally located between the yacht club and Thalassotherapy, offering easy access to local attractions. Guests can enjoy the beach, just a short walk away, or explore nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
