For business trips or holidays, brand new gîte with all mod cons (air-conditioned rooms, free WIFI), sleeps 5, in enclosed grounds of 1500 m² with trees and orchard + private parking in the courtyard. Quiet location, all shops less than 2 minutes away by car. Shaded areas in the orchard with GARDEN LOUNGE, BARBECUE and TRANSATS for pleasant moments of relaxation. Large swing with rings + 2 swings *Pets allowed up to a limit of 1 and provided they are not left alone in the gîte *Walks from the gîte along small forest paths or towards the Saône *Board games + LIBRARY + tourist information provided *Baby cot provided on request.
