The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed, two single beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a tennis court, a boules court and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a dishwasher and a coffee maker (espresso machine).

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
