The home has French interiors with a traditional ambience. Relax in the living-dining room enjoying the fireplace and prepare your favorite recipes in the modern kitchen. In the private garden, you can walk around after meals or play ball games with children. On request, a cot and a high chair are provided. 2 pets can stay at € 15/Pet/Stay._x000D_

Guests can check-in between 4 - 6 PM and check-out between 8 - 10 AM.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 75,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
