Enjoy PREMIUM comfort in a peaceful setting in our air-conditioned single-storey house, with easy access to the terrace from the dining room, where you can relax in a shaded armchair or enjoy the sunshine.
You will benefit from a large, cosy living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms for a restful sleep and a modern, stylish bathroom.
Our house is bright, with many windows providing beautiful natural light.
It offers an ideal space for couples in all seasons, whether for a relaxing getaway, a change of scenery, or an active stay close to nature.
• Impeccable hygiene: the house is carefully maintained. The house is reserved for adult non-smokers and non-vapers.
• In summer, an electricity allowance of 15 kWh/day is included and in winter, an allowance of 8 kWh/day is included.
• Heating is included in winter via a pellet stove based on 1 bag/day (additional bags: €5.50 per bag).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
