The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a balcony, an elevator, a swimming pool (heated, outdoors) and a tennis court. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the balcony, east facing position. 1 small room with sliding door with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sliding door with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, boiler. Parquet floors. Balcony 6 m2, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). For shared use: swimming pool heated (25 x 12 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 13.Dec. - 10.Apr. and 27.Jun. - 28.Aug. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. Public parking 30 m. Shop 50 m, grocery 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 30 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 50 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 100 m. The swimming pool indicated is located 100 m from the residence: it is the outdoor municipal swimming pool. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
