This cozy 20m² apartment, located at the foot of the alpine ski slopes, is ideal for a mountain getaway. The apartment features a mezzanine bed (140 cm) that sleeps 2, along with a BZ sofa bed (120 cm) for an additional 2 guests. A flat-screen TV is included for your entertainment, and the apartment offers access to a balcony with a south-facing view. The non-smoking apartment is perfect for families or friends and is pet-free. A 400-euro deposit is required upon arrival.
The apartment is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and a ski school, making it an excellent base for outdoor activities. In the summer, the ski slopes are transformed into a downhill mountain bike area for all levels, and numerous hiking trails are available for exploration. You’ll find sports equipment rental companies on-site for both summer and winter activities. The area’s vibrant mix of local shops ensures easy access to everything you need during your stay.
Inside, the apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen area with 2 cooking plates, an electric coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and raclette machine. The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and WC. Additionally, the building offers free parking around the residence, and WIFI access is available in the nearby shopping mall. End-of-stay cleaning and baby cot rental are available upon request.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
