With a capacity of 4 people, the apartment features a bedroom with two single beds and a living area with a 140 cm pull-out bed. It offers a television for entertainment and plenty of space to relax. The apartment is designed for comfort and provides a fantastic panoramic view of the mountains, all with an east-facing exposure that maximizes natural light in the morning.

The residence is ideally situated for exploring Villard de Lans, just a few steps from the village center where you’ll find a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and easy access to the town's amenities. Whether you're visiting for a summer hiking trip or a winter skiing adventure, the location offers convenience and a charming atmosphere. The apartment comes with a well-equipped kitchen area that includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, two induction hobs, a coffee maker, and a toaster, providing everything you need to prepare meals at your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and there is a separate WC for added comfort. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
