This cosy 24 m² mountain retreat in the Croix Margot residence offers a welcoming space for up to four guests, perfect for a ski break or a peaceful escape in Villard-de-Lans. Located on the first floor, it features a bright living area opening onto a balcony with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee with views of the surrounding peaks. The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable sofa bed and a bunk bed, making it suitable for families or friends.

The practical kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, a filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The bathroom includes a bathtub, towel holder, and toilet, while additional amenities such as individual heating, a shared laundry, a ski locker, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, duvets, blankets, and pillows ensure a comfortable stay. Guests also benefit from a private parking space within the residence and access to the outdoor swimming pool in summer.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
