Hanging &àgrave; hillside, the chalet offers you a panoramic view; 180 degrees over Lake Paladru, its turquoise waters and surrounding hills. The balcony running all around the chalet takes you onto the terrace: Out of sight, it is equipped with a spa in which you can relax while enjoying this view from above. take your breath away.
A plancha area and a dining table will also allow you to enjoy meals outside.
Completely renovated In a modern chalet spirit, the SEEBLICK cottage offers a large living room: a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/ freezer) open to a dining room. dining and living room with TV and air conditioning.
The bedroom with its bay window overlooking the lake has a king size bed, a small dressing room, a TV and air conditioning. Finally, the accommodation is completed by a bathroom with sink, shower and shower. Italian and ice cream machine wash.

The SEEBLICK cottage is an independent chalet with an enclosed garden (gate and hedges). It offers the possibility of to park several vehicles. In order to allow the maintenance of green spaces, access to the ground floor (the masonry part of the chalet) remains accessible to those in charge. This does not affect privacy in any way. places because the living rooms and the spa terrace are located on the 1st floor.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
