Located in the picturesque village of Lubières, Le Leopaul opens its doors to you for an experience immersed in the tranquillity and beauty of the Haute-Loire. This authentic house, which dates back over a century and can accommodate up to 5 people, stands proudly at an altitude of 420 metres, facing due south. Nestling in the heart of the village, it is accessed directly from the rue des Fontaines, promising a charming getaway in unspoilt surroundings.
Inside this stone refuge, spread over 3 levels, you'll discover a haven of comfort and practicality. The ground floor features a large, well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas/electric hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a cosy living room with a TV socket. The two cosy bedrooms on the first floor each have a large double bed, and one also has a single bed. A modern bathroom and separate toilet complete this floor, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.
The outside of "Le Leopaul" is an invitation to relax and indulge your senses, with its grassed courtyard of around 150 m², fully fenced to ensure your privacy and security. This outdoor area is furnished with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue, so you can enjoy pleasant meals al fresco. The possibility of parking a vehicle within the property adds a practical touch to the whole, for a peaceful stay.
Lubières is located in a region rich in discoveries and activities. Just a few kilometres away, explore the Oulliandre equestrian centre, ideal for horse or pony rides. Savour fine cuisine at the restaurant "La Petite Ecole" or immerse yourself in the lush natural surroundings, with country walks, fishing, swimming in the River Allier and mushroom picking. The more curious can visit the Maison du Saumon in Brioude to discover the mysteries of these fish, while the adventurous can canoe down the Allier.
