LE VARSHE is part of a set of 3 recent residences located in the lower part of the town of Verchaix close to a ski bus stop, and the Morillon blue lake leisure center.

Ideal for 4 people, this pleasant and bright apartment offers you an unforgettable stay in the heart of the mountains of the Giffre valley. On the first floor of a recent residence, this warm space is ideal for resting after a day of skiing or hiking.

Entrance directly to a spacious living room bathed in light including a non-convertible sofa, a television for your moments of relaxation, a kitchen open to the well-equipped living room, a bedroom with a storage cupboard. You will find a functional shower room with washing machine for your comfort. The toilets are separate.
The living room opens onto a beautiful south/west facing terrace to enjoy the sun.

The equipped kitchen open to the living room includes:
a refrigerator with freezer section, a dishwasher for eight place settings, an oven, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, a fondue set, a raclette set, a pierrade, as well as only dishes and cooking utensils for 4 people.

Sleeps:
Bedroom with 4 beds: a double bed 160X200 cm as well as a "mezzanine" bed for one person 90X190 cm and a BZ sofa 80 X 190 cm for one person completes this space.
Bedding: duvet covers and pillows on all beds

A garage is at your disposal, also serving as a ski locker, located at the entrance to the residence.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
