The light, open-plan living room in the apartment features a comfortable sofa, armchair, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats 4 people and is next to the modern, fitted kitchenette fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.

The stylish master bedroom boasts a double bed, wardrobe, and doors onto the balcony. There is also a comfortable single sofa bed in the living room. The classic bathroom features a shower, basin, and W.C.

The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux jazz festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away. During the summer season, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing and horse riding.

The village of Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minute drive). Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 30-minute drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
