This welcoming, family-friendly residence, nestled in stunning natural surroundings, is the perfect base for alpine adventures year-round!Located in the heart of the village of Vallorcine, the residence is surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery. The nearby slopes cater to skiers of all levels, with the flat just a short walk from both the ski lifts and the slopes. Additionally, there are 10km of cross-country skiing trails suitable for beginners and experts alike. The airy, 1st-floor apartment features a stylish open-plan living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, and a flat-screen TV. French windows open out onto a large private balcony with a table and chairs. The dining table seats 4 people and is located next to the modern, fitted kitchenette, well-equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machines.
The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux jazz festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away. During the summer season, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing and horse riding.
The village of Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minute drive). Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 30-minute drive away.
