Perched on the second floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator, the apartment boasts a southwest-facing balcony with stunning mountain views, inviting you to start every day with fresh alpine air and breathtaking scenery. Just 250 meters from the resort center and 500 meters from the ski slopes, this location ensures you're never far from the action, whether it's skiing down pristine runs or enjoying the vibrant village atmosphere.
Inside, the 35 m² studio is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to five guests. The sleeping arrangements include a cabin bedroom with two bunk beds (note: the upper bunk is not suitable for children under six) and a mezzanine with three single beds, offering flexibility and comfort for families or small groups. The fully equipped kitchen features two electric hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare hearty meals after a day of adventure. A flat-screen TV in the living room and a ski locker add to the convenience, while the bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet ensures a relaxing stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
