General

The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (heated, private, indoor) and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Luxurious and wooden furniture furnishings: large, open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Sleeping alcove with 2 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 french bed. Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 large room with Dressing room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Electric heating. Large balcony, south facing position. Panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: safe, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Very beautiful, comfortable, luxurious chalet "Chalet Genepy", 1'800 m a.s.l., 3 storeys. 1 km from the centre of Val d'Isère, in a quiet position, 1 km from the skiing area. Private: indoor pool heated, with privacy (15 x 3 m, depth 150 cm). In the house: WiFi, steam room, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Room cleaning weekly on request (included). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Grocery 850 m, restaurant 750 m, bakery 850 m, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Bourg Saint-Maurice" 31 km. Skisport facilities, slopes 900 m, ski rental 1.2 km, ski school 850 m. Nearby attractions: Face de Bellevarde 900 m, Chambery 135 km, Geneve 170 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tignes - Val d'Isère (Espace Killy). Hiking paths: Parc National de la Vanoise 14 km. Please note: lift to 1st floor.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
