The 25 m² studio, set on the first floor, is thoughtfully designed to make the most of its space. The living area invites you to unwind with a TV and a double sofa bed, while the open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster—everything you need for simple, home-style meals.

For sleeping, you’ll also find two single bunk beds tucked into the entrance hall, making this space practical and comfortable for both families and friends. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and there’s a separate WC for added convenience.

Extra amenities include a ski room to store your gear, laundry facilities (available at an additional charge), and parking subject to availability. Pets are welcome too, so no one is left behind. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
