Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (NESSPRESSO) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Large balcony 10 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Tignes Le Lac: Residence "Les Cimes (Le Lac)", 6 storeys. In a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, 150 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Shop, supermarket, shopping centre 10 m, restaurant 5 m, bus stop 500 m. Gondola lift 100 m, skisport facilities 50 m, ski rental 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 50 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes le Lac.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
