The flat is spread over two floors and offers a spacious, open-plan living room on the first floor with a cosy sofa, coffee table, three armchairs and a fireplace. The dining area with a dining table for six people, a fully equipped kitchenette with electric cooker, fridge and dishwasher and a balcony with a view of the lake and one facing south complete the offer. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom with washing machine. On the ground floor, a further bedroom with a double bed, shower and toilet awaits its occupants.
Outside, the château park of Coudrée offers kilometres of walking paths, two private sandy beaches, two small harbours and the peaceful atmosphere of the small château forest.
