The residence offers 63 well-equipped apartments with balconies to admire the breathtaking mountain scenery. The accommodation’s design beautifully blends wood and stone elements, creating a cozy and mountain-inspired atmosphere. A free guided hiking tour is included, offering guests the chance to explore the area’s landscapes. Activities like climbing, tennis, horseback riding, and archery are also available for adventure seekers, while hiking and cycling trails through forests and pastures await outdoor enthusiasts.

Each apartment includes a living room with a trundle bed for 2, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 beds, and a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, a TV, and free parking (subject to reservation). Pets are allowed for an additional fee, and baby kits are available on request. End-of-stay cleaning is included, excluding the kitchen and dishes.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
