A cleaning kit is included in each apartment for everyday convenience. Pets are welcome (one per apartment, with supplement), so the whole family can travel together. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
