The upper levels are thoughtfully arranged to provide flexible sleeping quarters and privacy. The first floor houses two bedrooms—one with a double bed and private washbasin, and another featuring both a single and a double bed—along with a separate toilet. The second floor offers a large third bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. For families traveling with infants, the home is exceptionally well-prepared, providing a cot, high chair, baby bath, and children’s bed to make the stay seamless and stress-free.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, centered around a private 1500-square-meter fenced garden and an 8x4 meter swimming pool, available from May through September. The terrace is perfectly outfitted for relaxation and dining, featuring a charcoal BBQ, plancha grill, sun loungers, and parasols. Beyond the gates, the location is a gateway to the "beautiful villages" of Salers and Tournemire. Guests can explore the Puy Mary volcano and Anjony Castle, or enjoy nearby activities ranging from water sports and horse riding to cross-country skiing at Col de Légal.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
