General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a stovetop (electric) and an oven.

Facing south at an altitude of 1,000 m, the cottage offers exceptional panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and the Sancy massif. Here, you can fully enjoy the authentic charm of the Massif Central and a truly stunning mountain setting.

The comfortable and fully equipped house can accommodate up to 6 people in excellent conditions.

cross-country skiing in La Bourboule, Mont-Dore, La Tour-d’Auvergne, or Lac de Guéry,

snowshoeing trails starting from Murat-le-Quaire, La Bourboule, or Mont-Dore.

Mont-Dore is also a leading destination for trail running, with major events in January and September, as well as marked trails year-round.

After your exertions, relax at the La Bourboule water park, renowned for its excellent facilities.

In summer, numerous hiking and mountain biking trails start right from the house. The region is full of must-see sites: Orcival, Lake Guéry, Saint-Nectaire, Chambon, Murol, Vulcania, the Puy de Dôme…

Model aircraft enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Banne d’Ordanche, a renowned gliding site.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
