This 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the LA CORNICHE Residence in Morzine, just 500 meters from the village center and ski slopes, with a shuttle stop nearby. The apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, offers a comfortable 35m² living space plus a balcony. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped open kitchen with a mini oven, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The dining area and living room offer access to the balcony, while the mountain corner includes two bunk beds, and the bedroom has a double bed. The apartment also includes a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Additional amenities include a garage (B12) and a ski locker (n°16). A €300 deposit (by credit card) is required before arrival, but it will not be cashed unless necessary. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Included services are a warm welcome at the agency, bathroom products, a cleaning product bag, household and bath linens, beds made on arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen). The tourist tax must be paid before arrival, and heating is included in the rental.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
