This charming fully renovated studio cabin, located in the heart of Morzine, offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 people. Situated on the first floor of the Cypierre Residence (no elevator), it is just 200 meters from the ski slopes, providing easy access to winter sports. The studio features a North-East exposure, providing a peaceful atmosphere and natural light throughout the day. With a surface area of 32m², it includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, oven, and more. The living area includes a dining space and a cozy sofa bed (160x190cm) with a TV, leading to a balcony. The cabin bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed (70x190cm). The apartment also offers a bathroom and separate toilets.
Additional amenities include a ski locker (n°4) and all necessary household linens. The residence is within walking distance to the village center, where you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. For outdoor enthusiasts, the ski slopes are just a short stroll away, and the surrounding area offers year-round activities such as hiking and mountain biking.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
