Situated on the second floor of a residence with an elevator, the apartment offers a convenient and peaceful retreat for families or groups. It features a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a mountain corner with 90x190 cm bunk beds, and a living room with a convertible sofa bed (130x190 cm) and a television. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. A €300 deposit is required, and bedding, including mattress pads, duvets, and pillows, is provided.
Ideally located for ski enthusiasts, the property is at the heart of the Grand-Massif ski area and near the beginners' zone and children's garden. The location offers easy access to various outdoor activities, including skiing and snowboarding, while the beautiful surrounding mountains provide a scenic backdrop for relaxation. After a day on the slopes, explore nearby cafes, shops, and markets in Morillon, making it easy to enjoy the local culture and amenities.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
