The property is pet-free and provides duvets and pillows for all beds, along with a baby bed and high chair for families with young children. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, offering extra sleeping space. Sheets and towels are not provided.

Located just 600 meters from the Ardent ski lifts, this chalet is perfectly situated for exploring the "Portes du Soleil" area. It is a short 5-minute drive to Morzine and 38.2 km from Lake Geneva. The free shuttle to Morzine stops just 600 meters from the property. Nearby, guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and explore the village of St Jean d'Aulps (7.1 km) or visit Lac de Montriond, only 2 km away. Shops, cafes, and the "Carrefour" supermarket are also easily accessible, located 4 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
