This holiday home for 15 persons has seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a television. In addition there is a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a Internet connection, a fridge, a freezer and a garage.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, een baby bath and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a coffee maker.

In the holiday home you will find bed linnen, bathroom textiles and kitchen textiles.

Chalet with a total surface area of 250 m², south facing, quiet, located in Alpe de Venosc (Les Deux Alpes) 350 m from the ski lifts (Diable gondola), local shops (supermarkets, bakery, sports shops). Magnificent and exceptional view of the Muzelle mountain.

This 220 m² chalet facing due south is ideally located in a quiet area 350 m from the ski lifts (Télécabine du
Devil), close to shops (supermarket, Paneton bakery, sports shops) and enjoys a superb view of
Muzelle Mountain.

Ground floor: 1 quadruple bedroom (2x2 bunk beds with shower and WC), 1 double bedroom (1 bed 160 with shower and
WC), 1 second double bedroom (1 bed 160), 1 double bedroom (bed 160), 1 storeroom and numerous cupboards.

1st floor: 1 entrance, 1 living room with flat screen television and fireplace, 1 dining room with a large balcony, 1 American kitchen
fully equipped (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, freezer), 1 double bedroom (shower, WC, balcony), 1 WC,
many cupboards.

2nd floor: 1 children's bedroom (4 separate single beds), 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds with shower and WC).

At your disposal: internet connection, ski lockers, 2 parking spaces. Shuttle stop 80 m away.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
