General

Centrally located in the heart of Les Houches, close to a supermarket and several restaurants, this apartment is an ideal base for exploring the Chamonix valley. The Mont Blanc Express stops at Les Houches station, for free rail service in the Chamonix Valley, so visitors can easily explore the rest of the Chamonix area, all the way up to Mont Blanc. Central Chamonix is just a 12-minute drive away. Geneva airport is 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car.

This cozy apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features wooden floors and charming alpine decor. The main living area boasts a large window and a glass door that opens to a private balcony with a table and four chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying mountain views. The living room includes a sofa, a covered fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, alongside a wooden dining table for four. The kitchenette is well-equipped with an induction hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, fondue set, raclette, and fridge.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
Extra: The living room sofa converts into a double bed.

Apart from the beautiful, alpine hiking trails, there are many other activities in the area: mountain biking, mountaineering, white water rafting, tennis courts (6 minutes), swimming pools (14 minutes) and for even more excitement there is the Addicted Adventure Park (8 minutes).

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
