The 40m² master suite includes a king-size bed, an adjoining bathroom with an Italian shower and phototherapy bathtub, and a television. The first floor boasts a large living area, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. A panoramic balcony provides stunning views of the Perrières ski slopes.

Conveniently located, the chalet is just 80 meters from the ski slopes and within walking distance of the four-season toboggan run. The residence includes a relaxation area with a hammam and sauna, a games room with billiards and darts, a cinema room with streaming services and a PlayStation 4, and a fitness room. Guests can enjoy the outdoor space with a 12-person jacuzzi, lounge area, gas barbecue, and deckchairs on the large terrace, perfect for relaxing with family and friends.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
