This cozy 40m² apartment on the 2nd floor is ideal for a small family or group, offering a fantastic location in Village 1800, just steps away from the slopes, ski schools, and shuttle service. The apartment's prime position also provides easy access to shops, cafes, and outdoor activities during both winter and summer months.
The south-west facing balcony overlooks the beautiful mountain slopes. The living room features a sofa that converts into a double bed, a television, and a dining area. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, and the hallway includes two single bunk beds (upper berth not recommended for children under six). The well-equipped kitchen comes with four ceramic hobs, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and oven.
A bathroom with a shower and a separate WC add convenience. Guests will appreciate the ski locker for their equipment, and the residence offers collective parking (space availability not guaranteed). Pets are allowed with a supplement. Linen and cleaning services are available on request.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
