This south-facing studio, located on the 5th floor, is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and functionality within its 20m² space. The living area features a pull-out sofa bed, ideal for a restful night after a day on the slopes. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including an oven/microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stovetop, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks. The bathroom includes a toilet, and a ski locker on the ground floor ensures hassle-free storage of your equipment. Please note that pets are not allowed, and linens, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and parking are available upon reservation, subject to availability.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
