This fully renovated 29m² studio in the LES ECRINS Residence accommodates up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a cozy mountain-inspired atmosphere with two 80cm bunk beds in the entrance area, a 140cm bed in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living space. A bathroom and separate WC are also included, along with a large south-facing balcony that offers a view of the Borne and nearby fitness trail. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided, and the tourist tax for adults is to be paid on arrival.
The apartment’s prime location offers easy access to the village center and shops, with essential amenities just a short walk away. For transport, Annecy SNCF train station is 32 km away, Geneva Airport is 52 km, and Lyon Airport is 155 km, making it well-connected for both local and international visitors.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
