This spacious 77 m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the LE DANAY residence, right in the heart of the charming village of Grand-Bornand, offering a perfect base for a family or group of friends. With stunning panoramic views of the Aravis mountain range, it’s an ideal choice for a ski holiday.
Enjoy the lively atmosphere of the village, with shops, restaurants, and local attractions just steps away. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided, and tourist taxes apply for adults. Heating is included for your comfort.
The apartment features a bright living room with a 140 cm convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). The apartment also includes a bathroom, separate WC, and a large balcony with a south-facing exposure overlooking the village square. Located just 600 meters from the ski lifts and only 20 meters from the ski bus stop, it’s easy to access the slopes and explore the area.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
