Ideal for up to 4 guests, it features a living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with either 2 single beds or a double bed on request. A fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom or shower room with separate WC ensure a self-sufficient experience. The apartment also includes a private balcony with scenic views of the Aravis mountain range. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, and pets are welcome for a small daily fee. Final cleaning is included (excluding the kitchen), and additional services such as baby kits and breakfast delivery are available on request.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
