This charming 49m² apartment, located in a chalet with four units, offers a perfect retreat for up to 6 guests in the Rochebrune area of La Clusaz. With a west-facing orientation, the apartment boasts stunning views of the Beauregard, Étale, and Riffroids mountain ranges. Recently renovated in autumn 2024, it features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 140 cm bed, while the second offers three 80 cm beds, making it ideal for families or groups. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink, and there is a separate toilet. Guests can relax on the balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and bedroom, and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
Situated just 550 meters from the shops and 900 meters from the village center, the apartment offers convenient access to local amenities. Ski enthusiasts will appreciate the direct ski-in/ski-out access to the Crêt du Merle slope, making it easy to explore the slopes. In the summer, guests can take advantage of the area’s outdoor activities, including hiking and biking.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
