It features two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 80 cm bunk beds. The living room, with a 140 cm rapido sofa bed, is bright and opens onto a south-facing balcony with stunning views of the Aravis mountain range. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and raclette machine. A washing machine, separate WC, and a shower room are also provided for added convenience. An individual garage and ski locker are included for guests’ comfort.
The residence is located 600 meters from the La Balme/le Bossonnet ski track, making it a great choice for ski enthusiasts. For easy access to the village, a shuttle bus stop is just 100 meters from the property, and the village center is also easily reachable by car. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
