The kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, electric hotplates, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a residence with an elevator and includes central heating, a ski locker, and parking at the residence. Pets are allowed with an additional charge, and optional services like linen rental and a mini wifi box are available for an extra fee.

The residence is conveniently located in the Upper Village, just 300 meters from the Telemix chairlift and the Bossonnet ski area, with easy access to ski lessons. The nearby shops are only 100 meters away, and a shuttle stop is located 50 meters from the building in winter, providing convenient transportation to and from the ski slopes. In summer, the shuttle stop is 180 meters away, and guests can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of La Clusaz. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
