With south and east-facing terraces, guests can enjoy scenic views of the Massif de Beauregard and the Aiguille. The apartment features a spacious dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and three cozy bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed and two rooms with additional sleeping options for larger groups or families.
La Clusaz village is known for its charming atmosphere, with shops, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away. The ski lifts and slopes are easily accessible, offering a wide range of winter sports. In the summer, the resort transforms into a hub for hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor activities.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
