The bedroom includes a double bed (140 cm), while the mountain corner has two bunk beds, ideal for children. The apartment is not pet-friendly, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere for all guests.
Conveniently located just 200 meters from the Telecentre, the apartment offers easy access to both high and low station areas. Guests will find a variety of shops, a swimming pool, and an ice rink within walking distance, perfect for leisure activities. The nearby cafes and markets add to the lively atmosphere, providing a variety of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment throughout your stay.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, a hood, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a washing machine, making it ideal for preparing meals or doing laundry during your stay. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
