The house is surrounded by a 2800 m² garden, where you will find the 4 x 8 m covered pool, furnished with sun loungers. The garden and the pool are used by the owners as well.

The bathroom boasts a shower, a sink and a toilet.

The surrounding area is influenced by Provence. There are many traces of the Gallo-Romance here to be discovered. You can swim in the river Drôme. The surrounding area offers ample opportunity for hiking and mountain biking.
