Situated within "Les Balcons Étoilés," the property boasts two spacious chalets oriented South and West, providing breathtaking, unobstructed views of the village and the Vanoise massifs. The residence includes modern amenities such as an elevator, individual ski lockers, free Wi-Fi, and balconies or terraces for all apartments. Bed and bath linens, with beds made prior to arrival, are also included.

The "Le Verdon" apartment is a beautifully designed 3-room accommodation on the 6th floor, offering 59m² of space for up to six guests. It features a bright living room with a south-west-facing balcony, a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, including a Nespresso machine and a raclette set. The apartment comprises two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), and two toilets, one of which is separate. Thoughtful touches include a Sonos soundbar, Apple TV, and a washer-dryer for your convenience.

Hotel services such as Wi-Fi, bed and bath linens, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen) are included. Additional services like baby equipment are available for a fee. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
